And I'm Back...

Sorry for the long absence, I've found myself consumed with other projects, mostly related to food. Fermenting kimchi, smoking bacon, brewing beer, etc. While my palate has been satisfied, my waistline has grown. Even so, it's time to whip myself back into shape, both on the fitness and blogging front.

Expect a return to the normal posting schedule that I had last winter, approximately 3-4 videos a week, dependent on my ability to track them down.

I'm also going to try and post more on my personal training blog, mypainofdiscipline.blogspot.com
